This coilover set is part of Tanabe’s Pro CR line, designed for users who want a good compromise between ride comfort and performance/tuning ability. “CR” stands for Comfort Ride. This kit uses advanced twin-tube dampers (made in partnership with KYB), fully adjustable ride height front and rear, and PRO210 springs. The idea is to provide smoother ride quality than aggressive coilovers, while still allowing for significant lowering, improved handling, and retained usability on street.

• Ride Height Adjustment (Drop Rate):
  
  • Front Lowering / Height Adjustment Range: From about +½ in (i.e. slight lift relative to stock in some trims) down to –1¾ in lower than stock. 
    
  • Rear Lowering / Height Adjustment Range: Approximately ±0 in to –2½ in below stock
• Spring Rates (Front / Rear): ~ 7.0 kg/mm (Front) and 7.0 kg/mm (Rear). 
  
• Twin-Tube Damper Design: More forgiving over rough or uneven roads; less harsh than some monotube or track-oriented shocks. 
  
• KYB-Produced Dampers: KYB is a reputable damper manufacturer; ensures reliability and consistent performance.
